  • Technical Data: Microsoft Entra Tenant ID and relevant Azure Subscription IDs required for deployment.

  3. How We Use Your Information We do not sell, rent, or lease customer data to third parties. The information collected is used strictly for operational execution, including:

  • Authenticating your authorized administrators.
  • Deploying, configuring, and governing your customized Azure infrastructure.
  • Communicating vital security alerts, onboarding protocols, and support updates.
  • Processing billing and licensing transactions in coordination with Microsoft.

  4. Data Sharing and Disclosure We maintain a strict operational perimeter. Your data is only shared with trusted partners when explicitly necessary to execute our services:

  • Microsoft Corporation: For the facilitation of Azure Marketplace billing, marketplace analytics, and infrastructure hosting.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal mandates.

Data Security We implement rigorous, industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal and corporate information. Access to your tenant data is restricted to authorized Syndicate Systems operatives executing specific deployment or governance tasks.
